Improv helps us become better people.
It relaxes us and encourages us to play, to be in the moment and discover authentic truths. This leads us to respect ourselves and our own ideas, but also to truly listen, and hear others’ ideas. We engage with diversity, and support the people around us. This is profound teamwork: we have to release control to the group, and develop group mind. We discover and accomplish things as a group that would be impossible as individuals.
I have been teaching improv and group creativity for over fifteen years. My work has taught me that looking for the quality experience is essential. So, I specialize in guiding participants through a highly personalized experience, forging deep personal connections and engaging each participant’s sense of individuality and truth, as well as their sense of humor. I emphasize that no special talent is needed—we only need our own experience, perspective and wisdom to guide us. And by really listening to each other, we achieve things in groups that would be impossible as individuals.
I am based in Denver, Colorado but travel nationally and internationally.

I have been teaching and performing improv for organizations since 2012. I customize each workshop for the specific needs of the company or team—whether for the C-Suite or entry-level employees. All can benefit from the liberating skills of improv. I also offer performances that can be tailored for specific themes or conferences, assembling teams of my multi-talented colleagues for shows and events.
